Pediatric & Adolescent Care

Program incentives support NCQA recommended well child visits for newborns and kids up to 6 years of age. Programs supporting visits 12-21 years of age include incentives for annual exams, GYN exams, dental visits and screenings.

Well Child Visits
  • Six or more well-child visits with a primary care provider or pediatrician during the first 15 months of life
  • One or more well-child visits with a primary care provider or pediatrician for kids 3–6 years of age
  • Comprehensive well-care visit with a primary care provider or an OB/GYN ages 12–21.
